Huna - revive your Higher Self Connection



Our higher self expresses itself in what we call intuition or inner guidance, in our dreams, in our deeper perception of reality. The higher self goes beyond our minds, schedules, our common beliefs and expectations. If we are connected to our higher self, it gives us guidance to make the right decisions - for ourselves as well as for our environment, it gives us trust in ourselves, makes us independent of guidance from the outside, gives us a beautiful feeling of happiness by being connected to the land, the people and the nature around us (the paradise feeling). While people in tribal societies have always been relying on their higher selves, people in our modern culture have often lost this connection, because the voice of our higher self is silent yet full of wisdom, while the voice of our minds is loud but shortsighted.

HUNA is the traditional wisdom of native hawaii and allows us - via our connection to nature - to revive our higher self connection and learn how to use it. SoNNoS (Spirit of Nature, Nature of Spirit) is the name of our new initiative for a life close to nature, close to our own nature. Our way of living gives you the healing and supporting background to make this happen. Living a natural way of life allows your senses to open up, your mind to be quiet. Life appears more intensive, you will feel more motivation, childlike fascination for simple things, enjoy them more, and need less to make you happy. This is also a wonderful way to overcome addictions, which are - actually - only a desperate way of searching this feeling of connectedness, of happiness, of relaxation, of being really alive, which has become lost in our common way of living. But it is not lost for ever, it comes back when we start living again what is actually inside of us, what is close to our own nature. Come to Mt.SoNNos to discover this together with us.
